Filters for Adobe Photoshop
Of the rest of the filters, a few others offer some "wow" factor effects. Among them, Warp 1 and Warp 2 create (of all things) warp styles, with a number of options and controls. Warp 1 includes controls for X wave, Y wave, intensity and blend, along with eight presets and options for angulate, radiate and shadow. (The two examples below were created using Warp 1.)

Warp 2 includes X, W, M and D wave control, as well as the other controls available in Warp 1. It also has six presets and a button to create random effects. (The examples below are from Warp 2.)

Bluuur also produces some nice-looking "shifting" effects, rather than the smooth blurs you might be used to in Photoshop's built-in filters. (Actually, it can do a smooth blur as well, but that's beside the point.) This filter has but one slider. You simply select the amount of shifting, or blurring, you want on a scale of one to 16. It also has 11 different ways to apply the blur.
