qmpeople.com Adds Free Anonymous Phone ChatThe popular social network qmpeople.com adds free anonymous audio functionality to existing chat by using cell phone (December 19, 2011)
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 12/19/11 -- qmpeople.com, a fast growing social network, adds new audio functionalities to its chat allowing users to establish free phone calls by using their personal cell phone without sharing related numbers.
How it works
At first, users will be required to submit their cell phone number through their profile page. After that, they will be delivered a short code by SMS to be submitted on the website so users can validate their numbers. Approved users can select an online user to chat with and, if they agree, qmpeople.com will try to call both cell phones to establish a call conference between them.
Point of strength
-- Free -- Available worldwide -- Fully integrated with text & video chat -- Cell phones involved will remain anonymous -- Unwanted calls can be definitively blocked with one click -- Users can decide to accept only phone chat requests from users who have submitted a photo -- Zero tolerance policy for spam or improper use
As with all qmpeople.com services, voice chat will be available in 18 languages such as English, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Japanese.
