iPad Photography Contest is on and the grand award is a new iPad mini.

With the iPad mini announcement, the iPad market will become much bigger and more people will be using iPad to take photos and videos. To celebrate this new revolution in iPad photography, ProCamera is excited to announce the iPad Photography Contest. The submission period opens from October 19th to 26th.

The goal is to see how far photographers can push the emerging field of iPad Photography, to discuss the issues in iPad Photography, and to figure out users needs/requirements/techniques for iPad camera apps.

How to enter:
Users can submit photos in the following ways:
1. Tag the photo with #procameraHDipad on Instagram
2. Use the online form to upload the photo.

Important Dates:
1) Submission period: Oct. 19 to Oct. 29, 2012.
2) Judge voting period: Oct. 29 2012 to Oct. 31, 2012
3) Winners announcement: Nov. 2, 2012

Awards:
The winner of the grand prize for the best photos will receive an iPad mini!
The second to tenth best photos will win a $25 iTunes card.
