Xerox Unveils 2.1-Pound XGA Projector

Xerox today unveiled a new model in its lineup of microportable projectors. The new DP 1011 is a 2.1-pound with an XGA resolution. It's available now.

The DP 1011 is a single-chip DLP-based projector weighing in at 2.1 pounds. It offers a native resolution of 1,024 x 768, a contrast ratio of 2,000:1 and a brightness of 1,100 ANSI lumens. It also offers a Carl Zeiss f/2.8-3.1 manual zoom lens, +/- 16-degree digital keystone correction, 1.16x digital zoom, 34 dB noise, a throw ratio of 1.8:1 to 2.1:1 and front and rear infrared receivers. Ports include S-video, composite and RGB (for computer connection, component or HDTV) and one USB port for an optional remote mouse.
