XShot iPhone Case Helps Filmmaker Capture Best Cinematography Award at iPhone Film Festival(December 21, 2011)
Santa Barbara, CA (PRWEB) December 21, 2011
Hungarian born filmmaker/photographer Zsolt Haraszti has just won the award for Best Cinematography at the second annual iPhone Film Festival for his film Year 2010 in 365 Seconds, which as the title implies, is a look at his experiences in 2010 through the lens of an iPhone. These 365 seconds are filled with footage from both his work and free time and occur all over the world in places such as London, Budapest, Pécs and various states of the US.
The rules to this competition were simple: All footage must be shot with an iPhone. Any accessories deemed worthy by the entrant could be used, and that is exactly what Zsolt did. Over the entire year of 2010 Zsolt shot over 100 hours of footage on his iPhone with the help of the XShot iPhone Case with Tripod Adapter that a friend had given to him as a gift. XShots unique iPhone Case allowed Zsolt to mount his iPhone easily on a tripod for steady footage when capturing this time-lapse style film.
When asked about his experience with the product, Haraszti stated, I was thrilled upon receiving the XShot iPhone Case as a gift from a friend and excited to put it to use right away. The XShot Case was very helpful in creating my iPhone film. It truly is a useful product and i would recommend it to any iPhone user to maximize their photo and video taking capabilities.
We are so excited to learn about Zsolts iPhone Film Festival award and how our product helped him make his film. Better filming and photography with an iPhone by amateurs and professionals is why we developed the XShot iPhone Case, said Michael Daoud, co-founder of XShot LLC.
Year 2010 in 365 Seconds will be screened at the 2012 Macworld | iWorld Expo in San Francisco, CA. Macworld | iWorld is the premier event for people who love all things Apple.
