WorkForce Software Joins the SuccessFactors Partner Program as a Strategic PartnerAgreement to Bring Unique Employee Leave and Workforce Management Capabilities to Industry-Leading, Global Core HR (January 17, 2012)
LIVONIA, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 01/17/12 -- WorkForce Software, the leading provider of workforce management solutions for organizations with complex labor policies and stringent compliance demands, today announced that it has joined the SuccessFactors (NYSE: SFSF) Partner Program.
Under the terms of the agreement, WorkForce Software will join SuccessFactors' Partner program as a Strategic SuccessCloud Partner and provide current and future SuccessFactors clients with access to its award-winning suite of workforce management solutions and services. The partnership helps empower SuccessFactors clients to gain greater insight into the day-to-day activities of their employees, improve accuracy and automation of payroll processes and drive greater consistency and compliance with employee absence and leave policies from around the globe.

One of the key elements of the partnership will center on offering WorkForce Software's EmpCenter Absence Compliance Tracker (ACT) with SuccessFactors' core HR offering, Employee Central. Through the partnership, organizations will be able to address, monitor, and report on employee leave requests in a consistent and repeatable fashion, on a global basis. Employers will also be able to help ensure regulatory compliance by leveraging a pre-built library of local and national leave laws, as well as a unique Regulatory Update Subscription Service that automatically updates and reflects new regulations within customer environments.
