Windesheim University of Applied Sciences Deploys AltiGen's MaxACD Contact Center for Lync 2010(April 04, 2012)

Windesheim University of Applied Sciences is a broad-based institute for higher education. With more than 21,500 students, thousands of other study participants and 1,769 members of staff at sites in Zwolle, Lelystad and Almere, Windesheim is one of the biggest universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands. In addition to providing higher education opportunities for students, Windesheim has several thriving research institutes studying a variety of themes.
In 2012, Windesheim University began their deployment of Microsoft Lync Server 2010 (a migration from OCS). As part of their Lync deployment, the university recognized that they would need to implement a new contact center that would complement the company's Microsoft technology investment. Three departments with a total of 41 employees (Agents) and 3 departmental heads (Supervisors) make use of AltiGens Contact Center functionality.
