Wildform Ships Flix Pro 3.1New version offers enhanced video quality
According to Wildform, the new version offers "dramatically" enhanced video output, especially for one- and two-pass variable bit rate algorithms, such as the MX and FLV output formats. But it also improves vector video output, as well as SWF output for Flash 3 through 6 players. Other improvements include:
- New image filters, including deinterlacing, noise reduction, brightness, contrast, hue and saturation, all of which can be previewed in real time.
- New custom players for "virtually any" SWF file produced in Flash and Flash-compatible exporters.
- Several interface enhancements.
The update is free for Mac and Windows users who have purchased version 3.0. The full version runs $149. For more information, visit http://www.wildform.com.
