Website spoofing entraps Nitin Walia - Another victim of internet forgery

(October 17, 2010)

DMN Newswire--2010-10-17--In a web savvy world, the internet is the most independent, easiest and unrestricted way of carrying out mass media coverage to promote your identity but sometimes the negative way as well. With a very low investment, anyone can have a website on the internet whether it is for the good or to forge fraud cases for people to see.

A live example of such case is Mr Nitin Walia of Yeoman Services who does the job of BPO consultant for a living. Recently due to some misunderstanding Mr Nitin Walia has been accused of producing an invalid check by a fellow applicant who was applying for a job through Mr Walia.

The applicant Mr Vinod Sharma has registered a website in the name of Mr Nitin Walia through which he has been spilling his wrath over some personal issues such as a fraud consultant etc about Mr Walia. The accuser is also immorally sending fraudulent information about Mr Walia to as many people as he can over the internet and carrying out website spoofing. This might seem an appropriate way of polluting someones name over the web but one should also consider the legal actions and possibilities before taking any such step. Such a practice is highly unethical and is liable to be produced before legal bodies against serious accusation and forgery.
