VoloMetrix Raises a $1.6 Million Funding Round Led by Shasta VenturesManagement Applications to Drive Corporate Performance With Real-Time Insight Into Organizational Activities (April 24, 2012)

The new capital will be used to further sales, marketing and R&D expansion for the company. Ravi Mohan, managing director of Shasta Ventures has joined the company's board of directors.
