LOS ANGELES (AP) ' One victim remains hospitalized as authorities searched for a motive after an employee shot four co-workers, killing two, before turning the gun on himself at a utility office east of Los Angeles.
Forty-six-year-old Angela Alvarez was in critical condition following Friday's shooting inside a complex that houses more than a thousand Southern California Edison employees. There was no update to her condition Sunday.
Investigators have identified the shooter as 48-year-old Andre Turner of Norco in Riverside County. Authorities say Turner methodically picked off his co-workers with a semiautomatic handgun, and then committed suicide.
Also killed were 56-year-old Henry Serrano, of Walnut, and 53-year-old Robert Scott Lindsay, of Chino Hills.
Abhay Pimpale, a 38-year-old independent contractor, was also injured. He was released from the hospital Saturday. Pimpale, of Montebello, declined to speak with reporters.
