VibrAlign Launches Free "Laser-Dials" Shaft Alignment App(May 24, 2012)
Richmond, Virginia (PRWEB) May 24, 2012
VibrAlign announces the new Laser-Dials App for iPhone and iPad which converts rotating shaft alignment data between dial indicator readings and laser shaft alignment system angles and offsets.
VibrAlign is committed to helping businesses use their resources more efficiently and effectively through the precise alignment of the shafts of rotating equipment, achieved by whatever method. To this end, VibrAlign recognized a need to make it easier to evaluate laser shaft alignment results achieved through traditional analog methods like dial indicators, which are often expressed in different terms than the newer digital solutions like laser alignment systems.
According to David Zdrojewski, VibrAlign CEO, Were pleased to be able to offer a free online tool that can be used to translate alignment results between analog and digital systems. The Laser-Dials App allows technicians to easily see their alignment results in the measurement terms theyre most comfortable using. This is just another part of our commitment to help re-align America.
The Laser-Dial App can be downloaded free from the Apple App Store. An Android version is slated for release in the near future.
