Verbble Announces Integration With Salesforce.com, Extending Enterprise Speech Recognition To The Cloud(August 25, 2011)
New York, NY (PRWEB) August 25, 2011
Verdatum, the leading innovator of voice productivity and workflow solutions, today announces the release of the Verbble for Salesforce.com integration, combining the worlds most advanced speech recognition workflow platform with the worlds leading enterprise cloud computing company. Verbble, the first solution to securely voice enable any screen, form or template and publish them to an enterprises platform of choice, now tightly integrates with Salesforce.com.
The Verbble Salesforce.com integration extends the speech recognition-driven voice input capabilities central to the Verbble solution without impacting the traditional typing and clicking within the Salesforce.com form. The integration provides highly accurate speech recognition results via a specifically trained profile of the users voice and vocabulary to permit the user to fill in any Salesforce.com screen. All Salesforce.com forms are voice-enabled with Verbble, so that users can choose to fill in their fields by talking, typing or clicking. This can be done at the desktop, or Verbble can also publish the forms to mobile users using BlackBerry, iPhone or iPad, or Android based devices. The integration includes validated fields and database lookups so that the enterprise can ensure that the information is accurate when entered. The forms easily provide for review and confirmation prior to entry into the Salesforce.com system. Finally, the workflow can be programmed so that users receive a confirming email with a link back to the form.
Salesforce.com has become enormously successful by giving their users what they want; a comprehensive, yet easy to use system that is available anywhere, said John Methfessel, president and CEO of Verdatum. Many of these users are mobile, and all of them are looking for ways to become even more efficient and productive. Giving those users the additional ability to talk into their Salesforce.com forms will increase their productivity, in a safe and simple manner. Methfessel continued to explain, Verbble users can quickly and easily enter necessary information, like new lead forms, contact forms, or even use Salesforce Chatter by simply speaking, and then move on to their next sale or appointment. Its an easy to use solution that delivers bottom-line results to Salesforce.com users.
Verbble will be on display in Booth #20 at Dreamforce 11 in San Francisco from August 30th to September 2. All versions, including iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, and Desktop will be available to view. Verbble - Let's Talk.
