Varsity Entertainment Appoints Amy Teter as Producer

Has produced long-format programming for HBO, Metro, MSNBC (January 08, 2002)
Amy Teter has been named a producer and sales representative at Varsity Entertainment, a television and video production company specializing in original program development, program packaging and post-production services.

Over the past six years, Teter has produced music videos, corporate videos, independent films, television shows, and documentaries. Among her responsibilities,Teter will handle new client outreach and sales, programming development and sales and production of both client and in-house projects.


Teter began her career with Jazz at Lincoln Center, working with Wynton Marsalis as an Assistant Tour Manager. Developing a flair for production, Teter became a Producer of long-format television programming for clients such as HBO, Metro Television, and MSNBC. Teter's most notable work has been on MTV (Shaggy's music video, "Luv Me, Luv Me"), HBO ('Real Sex': Latex Sex), and the Metro Channel (TV series, Third Date). Teter has also done freelance and client work with Lifetime Television, Broadcast News Network, General Motors, DMB&B, Estee Lauder, and Full Blue.
