Upcoming Software Release to Provide Infinite Canvas Technology to All Comic Book Publishers.

  (April 13, 2012)

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) April 13, 2012

Interactive Art Services Inc., the leading provider of storyboards and animatics in the ad industry, today announced at the Chicago Comic-Con (C2E2), Booth 321, that it is readying a new public beta program for its upcoming Pulp Animator application.

IAS' beta test program is open to publishers and creatives who want to distribute their content and maximize revenue in the most dynamic publishing format, infinite canvas. "We initially developed a
comic series ( using HTML 5 technology and decided early on the biggest impact we could make in the comic industry was to offer our technology and experience creating proprietary technology to other publishers and see what they can do with the tool, remarked IAS Founder and CEO Scott Ownbey.

While enjoying an early look at the software, beta testers will provide valuable feedback as they help IAS test server stability, software and ecommerce.
First built for tablets, Pulp Animator allows publishers to take comic books, magazines, childrens books, entertainment properties and art book publications into the next generation by enabling designers with no programming experience create dazzling multi-layered animated publications in an infinite canvas format that will engage their readers as they touch and interact with their content, experiencing animation, links, text, video and audio.

Interested applicants should sign up for entry into the program at
Publishers dont want to spend their time and money creating multiple different versions of a native app for different mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, and others). Pulp Animator allows them to develop just one app that runs smoothly on multiple devices and browsers- giving them time to focus on improving or creating new content, remarked Ownbey.
Many people are starting to question whether they even need a native app when mobile browsers are improving, broadband speeds are quickening and the app stores are taking 30% or more right off the top of your profits, when you can do a webapp and be in complete control of your revenues- reaching consumers on Apple's iDevices( Ipad, Iphone & iTouch) and Android-enabled readers, said Ownbey.

IAS will grant beta testers 120 days of free product usage, support and training. Beta users who decide to continue using the product after the 120-day test period will be able to purchase Pulp Animator at a substantial discount.
