Univentures Envypak DVD Case Sleeves Enhance Products

DVD-style media cases have become the standard at retail distribution for the growing movie and game markets. 2003 figures show that DVD video consumer sales exceeded $54 billion in worldwide sales, accounting for over 50% of prerecorded products, while music and games accounted for $31 and $16 billion respectively.

Univentures Product Development Team foresaw the need to develop a fully automated sleeve that would comply with existing automation for sleeve disc insertion and DVD case assembly. The result was the Envypak DVD Case Sleeve.

Univenture's printed DVD case sleeve was developed with automation in mind. During MediaTech in Frankfurt Germany, Univenture's product development team tested the DVD case sleeve on Bronway, Gima and Heino Ilsemann disc sleeving and DVD case packing equipment. The equipment even successfully inserted multiple disc sleeves into a single DVD case. Additionally, the Envypak DVD case sleeve eliminates the need for inventorying additional DVD case styles to accommodate additional discs. Many of these DVD case formats present automation challenges that exceed standard equipment capabilities.

As a result customers can now add premium sleeves to DVD cases with a fully automatable solution. Univentures Envypak DVD case sleeve is the most cost effective solution for providing premium discs into DVD style cases.
