HD remains a hot topic in the industry and as the amount of HD content continues to increase, so do the issues broadcast production units face in acquiring, shooting and finishing in HD. There is a clear pattern to these HD data. A greater number of larger stations/cable systems than smaller ones are facing challenges working with HD video.
