Thwapr Delivers Mobile Video for MSG Varsity

(OTCBB: THWI), a service for mobilizing branded video content, today announced it was selected by MSG Varsity to provide mobile video services for its video content. MSG Varsity is a multi-platform suite of services comprised of an Emmy award-winning 24/7 HD television network, a comprehensive online destination, and a groundbreaking interactive service, all dedicated to high school sports, academics and activities happening throughout the tri-state area.

Each video clip is delivered in an MSG Varsity branded mobile landing page with calls-to-action to download their new app for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch, order Optimum or watch more videos. Students, parents and teachers are encouraged to subscribe for mobile video highlights via on-air announcements, online promotions, QR Codes and Keywords published in printed materials.

Thwapr's SMS video subscription model offer uses Universal Video Links in SMS campaigns to ensure videos can be played on every video enabled device in North American in a fully branded environment. Brands can include call-to-action buttons and various advertising units.
