Thomson Wins Frost & Sullivan 2004 Server Market AwardIndustry recognizes the Grass Valley Profile XP Media Platform server (March 08, 2005)
For the fourth consecutive year, Thomson has been awarded the 2004 Market Engineering Leadership Award by Frost & Sullivan. Based on a recent study by the growth consulting firm, the companys Grass Valley Profile XP Media Platform server won in the ?Compressed Broadcast Video Server Market category.
Thomson Broadcast & Media Solutions accounts for more than a third of the shares in the compressed video market on the strength of its flagship video server.
