TheDirectory.com Takes First Step Towards Becoming Fully Reporting; Company Plans to Have Its Shares Quoted on the OTCBB(January 24, 2012)
TAMPA, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 01/24/12 -- TheDirectory.com, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SEEK) today announced that it has taken the first step towards becoming a fully reporting Company once again. The Company has engaged the services of a Drake & Klein, a PCAOB registered accounting firm to perform two years of audited financials and to assist with the filing of a form 10.
