Telvista Launches Bally Total Fitness Member Services Program(November 03, 2011)
DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 11/03/11 -- Bally Total Fitness (www.ballyfitness.com) and Telvista (www.telvista.com) today announced the launch of a new sales, customer retention, and customer service program operated out of Telvista's Tijuana contact center.
In addition to offering the general convenience of a Tijuana location, Telvista's center provides easy access for Bally's member services team based in Southern California. The Telvista team is assisting Bally members with making changes to their fitness memberships, purchasing additional fitness services such as personal training, and processing membership payments in both English and Spanish.
Both companies are excited about this new partnership, which has been delivering positive results for Bally and its customers since its first week of operations.
