Targus Expands Global Presence With New Licensing SVPThe Latest Addition to Targus' Executive Lineup Will Help the Company Obtain Entry Into New Markets and Categories (June 19, 2012)
ANAHEIM, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/19/12 -- Targus® Inc., maker of the world's top-selling laptop computer cases and accessories, announced today that it has named Jennifer Campbell as Senior Vice President of Licensing. An accomplished executive with over 15 years of experience in marketing and brand licensing, Campbell will be responsible for launching and growing Targus' global licensing initiatives.

Jennifer Campbell joins Targus from Sanrio, Inc., owners of the popular Hello Kitty brand, where she served as the Vice President of Licensing. In her role, she significantly grew its licensing business and increased licensing revenue. Prior to Sanrio, she was the Director of Licensing at Brand Sense Partners. Her previous work at Mattel, Upper Deck and Disney as well as her experience with such brands as Dodge, Coca-Cola and McDonald's paves the way for Targus to successfully extend its global footprint.
Campbell has won multiple awards from the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association (LIMA) and worked on several successful consumer promotions. She holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
