StageTools Releases MovingPicture 3.09Software gains Mac OS X host support (September 13, 2002)
MovingPicture is designed for documentary and industrial filmmakers to pan and zoom on high-resolution images. It takes scanned images up to 4,000 pixels and allows for repeatable pans and zooms as a plugin running under most NLEs, and also as a standalone application. Included in the new 3.09 release is support for native Photoshop files, image preparation options, fully adjustable eases, batch rendering and productivity enhancements. It also offers Mac OS X support for all Macintosh editors, including Avid, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Media100 and Premiere, as well as Apple iMovie, according to StageTools. The software can also create Macromedia Flash files.
MovingPicture is available now for Macintosh and Windows for $199. Registered users can upgrade to 3.09 for free. For more information, visit http://www.stagetools.com.
