SpatialBuzz and Telefnica UK win 2014 Global Telecoms Business Innovation Award
LONDON and GUILDFORD, England, May 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
SpatialBuzz, an innovative cloud-based customer experience analytics and service monitoring platform for network operators, has been announced as a winner in the Global Telecoms Business Innovation Awards in London last week, in the consumer service innovation category. The award is shared with Telefnica UK, and recognises their outstanding achievement in jointly developing Telefnica UK's Trusted Network Programme.
The eighth annual Global Telecoms Business Innovation Awards recognise the most innovative projects in the worldwide telecoms industry, and were presented at a black-tie dinner at the Sheraton Park Lane hotel in London on 14 May.

The Trusted Network Programme aims to build brand loyalty and customer satisfaction by being transparent with customers regarding network capability and status. The SpatialBuzz solutions provide self-help communication of network capability and service status both to customers and to customer service agents. They also provide analytics based on unique crowd-sourced detection of both short and long-term network problems from the customer's perspective, informing Telefnica in real-time exactly where customers are experiencing problems, and enabling it to focus its efforts on improving the customer's experience of the network.
