Songspin.FM Releases Free Internet Radio iPhone App(February 22, 2012)
Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) February 22, 2012
Internet radio startup, Songspin.FM, has released a free iPhone app that lets users listen to the best music on the web wherever they are.
The app, available for both iPhone and iPad, provides continuous streams of music based on various musical genres. The experience is similar to over the air radio but without the ads, interruptions and annoying DJ's. With over 20 stations, including electronic, pop, rock and metal, users are sure to find their favorite type of music on the service. Listeners can also create playlists of their favorite tracks and share the new music they discover on social sites like facebook and twitter.
"With the release of this free iPhone app, we're moving one step closer to our plan of bringing Songspin to all devices," says James Gagan, Songspin.FM co-founder. "Our Android app will be released soon so we'll have all the major bases covered. We want our users to be able to enjoy Songspin radio anywhere they go."
Founded in 2011, with headquarters in Victoria, BC, Songspin.FM is run by a small team of developers with a love for music. With the launch of the free iPhone app, the team hopes to generate new fans by making it easy to enjoy Songspin.FM anywhere.
