ShuttlePro Gets Maya Support

Contour Design has released updated drivers for its ShuttlePro controller. ShuttlePro is a shuttle/jog that supports a wide variety of video, audio and design applications on the Macintosh. The new version of the ShuttlePro driver brings support for Alias|Wavefront's 3D package for Mac OS X, Maya Complete.

According to Contour, the company collaborated with Alias|Wavefront on the drivers, which are available now for free on Contour's Web site. The ShuttlePro is programmable with 13 buttons and a separate wheel and ring for jogging and shuttling. It connects to the USB port and supports Mac OS 8.6/9 and Mac OS X, as well as Windows.
