ShopNBC Announces Compliance of NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350(June 17, 2010)
MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- (Marketwire) -- 06/17/10 -- ShopNBC (NASDAQ: VVTV), the premium lifestyle brand in multi-media retailing, today announced that Stephanie Juaire has joined ShopNBC as Director of Consumer Electronics, and Tom Long has joined the company as Director of Quality Assurance.
Ms. Juaire previously held a number of senior management roles in consumer electronics at ShopKo, Circuit City, Best Buy, and Imation. Mr. Long previously held a variety of quality assurance leadership positions at QVC, Bentley-Harrison Manufacturing, and Kiwi Brands.
In accordance with the NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350, Ms. Juaire and Mr. Long are being granted inducement stock options as of their first day of employment with ShopNBC, covering the right to purchase 25,000 shares of the company's common stock. The options will have an exercise price equal to the closing price of the company's common stock on the date of the grant.
