Former ServiceNow and BMC Worldwide Sales Executive to Lead Next Phase of Growth at ServiceMesh (June 22, 2012)

Bringing more than 25 years of global sales and management experience to ServiceMesh, Harper will be responsible for the execution and expansion of all revenue-generating activities. He joins ServiceMesh following an extremely successful track record of growing ServiceNow revenues from $18 million to $160 million within three years, and building the Fortune 2000 customer base for BMC Software for over 14 years.

Before ServiceNow, Harper spent 14 years at BMC Software, serving in a variety of positions which ultimately lead to vice president of worldwide product sales, solutions and consulting. At BMC, Harper oversaw the daily operations of a 367-member global specialized sales force with revenues of $1.1 billion and was responsible for global pre-sales consulting, solutions architecture, field marketing, and mergers & acquisition, including ongoing responsibility for acquired companies.
