Cowan to its Board of Directors. Cowan currently serves as President and Chief Executive of Online Resources Corporation, a provider of online banking and bill payment services to financial institutions including over one-third of the top 50 U.S. banks. Prior to Online Resources Corporation, Cowan served as CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Interwoven Inc., a provider of content management software, through to the company's acquisition by Autonomy Corporation.
