STEELE VFX Promotes Values for American CenturyStudio creates motion graphics for brokerage firm campaign (August 16, 2004)
STEELE VFX provided motion graphics design and final post services for a pair of spots promoting the brokerage firm American Century Investments. Conceived by Los Angeles agency Rubin Postaer and Associates, the spots highlight the firm’s experience as long-time employees talk about their hard work and dedication. In Results, portrait shots of veteran brokers are accompanied by animated typography detailing their length of service: 23 years of asking the tough questions.
“The graphics are handsome, elegant, solid,” said STEELE VFX visual effects supervisor Jerry Steele. “They are in tune with the tone of the narrative, which is not only to demonstrate American Century’s expertise, but also to make a personal connection with investors.”
Henry artist Monique Eissing composited the typography over the live action and made subtle adjustments to lighting and color in the background imagery to make a firm backdrop for the white type.”
The package was edited by Terminal’s Mark Goodman.
