SSL Receives New C100 Digital Broadcast Console OrdersAnnounces strong response from broadcast networks and local television stations (October 27, 2005)

Recent broadcast network installations include a C140 in July for Comedy Centrals multiple Emmy Awarding winning show ?The Daily Show with Jon Stewart located at NEPs Studio 52 in New York City; a C140 for ABC TVs ?The View for Studio TV24 in New York City; a C140 for CBS TVs ?The Late Show with Craig Ferguson, shot at CBS Television Citys Studio 58 in Los Angeles; and Bostons New England Sports Networks two C132 console order for the coverage of the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins.

In related broadcast news, Trinity Broadcast Network recently installed an SSL C248 in their Costa Mesa, CA facility. The console will primarily handle live television and post production operations for the TBN show called, ?Praise the Lord, which is in 38 countries.
The eight recent installations at broadcast television stations include WSVN, a Sunbeam owned Fox affiliate in Miami, with a C148; WHDH in Boston, another Sunbeam owned station and NBC affiliate, with a C140; UNC-TV, a Public Broadcasting Station in North Carolina, with two consoles, a C124 and C148 with two C-SB remote mic stage boxes, for program production, KMAX (UPN)/KOVR (CBS), a CBS owned duopoly in Sacramento, CA, with two C140 consoles; Seattle-based, Belo owned KING 5 TV, an NBC affiliate with a C148 console; and KCPQ-TV, a Tribune owned Fox affiliate in Seattle, with a C132.
