Roy H. Wagner, ASC to Host Online Forum welcomes Emmy-winning cinematographer (June 24, 2004) is proud to announce that Roy H. Wagner, ASC, hosts a free filmmaking forum online at Mr. Wagner is a pioneer of digital video cinematography, has won two Emmy Awards and has directed photography on major motion pictures and television shows (including CSI). He will be available to answer questions on all aspects of filmmaking. Founded just 3 months ago, is one of the fastest growing organizations dedicated to young and beginning filmmakers.

Named by Kodak as one of the "Top 100 Directors of Photography", Roy H. Wagners career has spanned 35 years. He is an esteemed member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the American Society of Cinematographers and won the Producers Guild Associations ?Vision Award. Along the way, Wagner has worked on motion pictures, including Drop Zone (with Wesley Snipes) and Nightmare on Elm Street III. His TV credits include CSI, Pasadena, Robert Altmans Gun and Push, Nevada.

Years ago, he had the good fortune of studying with Ansel Adams who taught him to rise to the challenge of new technology: today, as many cinematographers grumble about digital, Wagner embraces it.
