Research analyst concludes stage is set for IP video solutions from Video Furnace with even more performance and flexibility

(October 31, 2008)
DMN Newswire--2008-10-31--

Interactive Media Strategies, a leading research and consulting firm, recently published a First Look report on Video Furnace (, a leading provider of enterprise-class IP video solutions, and its new partnership with HaiVision Systems, a video encoding technology company. The partnership enables the delivery of advanced H.264 high-definition IPTV and IP video solutions over signage and other networks for a wide range of markets, including enterprise, education and government.

The First Look paper, written by Steve Vonder Haar, research director, examines the partnership and implications of the alliance. Vonder Haar concludes that partnerships, such as the one with HaiVision, and increased capabilities, such as H.264, set the stage for a Video Furnace solution with even greater functionality and flexibility to meet a broader range of IP video needs for companies that are deploying the technology.
