Red Giant Software Presents FluxTrapcode traffic jam at NAB when Peder Norrby presents
Red Giant Software hosted presentations by two popular motion graphic icons, Stu Maschwitz (Magic Bullet) and Peder Norrby (Trapcode). While the booth was relatively large (in comparison to previous RGS presentations), the space was dwarfed by the number of people who showed up to see the presentations.
The Plugin Pavilion is usually located directly adjacent to the Adobe footprint. A concept organized by Jim Tierney - a group of smaller booths have banded together in order to achieve a bigger presence at trade shows. (See articles about Plugin Pavilion on DMN)(link).
A crowd which rivaled even some bigger neighbors' booths swooped in to see one of the daily presentations of the still unreleased version of the new Trapcode plugin. One attendee muttered, "Why am I even here - if I know it's TRAPCODE, I know I'm gonna buy it. Seeing it before it's available is gonna be torture."
Peder told me that it'll be available as soon as it's ready. There are still some things that need to be worked out before it's offered.... like how much it's gonna cost! ;) Check the Red Giant Software website for updates, or you'll find a big announement over on the BLOGZONE.
