Reach Messaging Launches First Penny Auction Website,, Also to be Made Available as Mobile Phone App

(January 20, 2011)

ASHBURN, Va., Jan. 20, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reach Messaging Inc., (OTCBB:RCMH), a leading developer of industry specific mobile phone application and platform technology, today announced that the Company will launch, a penny auction website where consumers can bid and pay discounts for baby clothing, toys and other products or gear, this Saturday, January 22, 2011.

The website will target the largest demographic in the rapidly growing penny auction website market which is working and stay-at-home mothers, and will also be the first penny auction site to be launched in the form of mobile phone applications. Reach Messaging plans to release an iPhone application for the Bid 4 Baby Gear website two weeks following the site launch, with a Droid app for the site scheduled in four weeks. Children's and Infants' Clothing Stores reported revenue of nearly $9.5 billion in 2010 and this does not include toys and other products and gear that will be auctioned on Reach Messaging's new site.

In addition to being able to bid on baby gear itself, will also auction gift cards to leading national chains such as Babies R Us, Baby Gap, Justice and The Children's Place at tremendous discounts. Reach Messaging is also in discussions with four or five retail outlets that market baby toys, clothing and products to promote their products exclusively on their penny auction site. The Company, which is a large believer in the use of social media outlets, will be promoting its new baby gear auction website on its Facebook page as well as its Twitter and YouTube pages.

Shane Gau, CEO of Reach Messaging, stated, "We are extremely excited to launch '' as it our first property outside of mobile phone applications and distinguishes Reach Messaging from the competition on several levels. 'Bid4babygear' will be the first penny auction site that will also have corresponding mobile phone applications, showing how we can leverage our existing platform to quickly and cost-effectively launch mobile apps. Further, the penny auction site market is a huge market that is just taking off as the great recession has made bargain shopping the status quo and we have been able to target the largest demographic of this new market, which is both working and stay-at-home moms, by establishing a site that auctions baby gear and clothing of all types."
