Rcom.TV Debuts Digital Film Channel to Showcase Digital Short Films

Rcom.TV has launched Framed, a digital film channel that showcases the works of producers, directors, animators, writers and students who make digital films. (

Each month a new film will be featured on ³Framed² and you can submit your film(s) online.
