RE:Vision Updates Twixtor, ReelSmart Motion BlurNew versions for Avid and Digital Fusion get Apple G5 and multiprocessor optimizations
Twixtor is a plugin for After Effects that produces temporal distortions, for slowing down, speeding up or altering the frame rate of image sequences. The new 3.0 release for Avid and Digital Fusion get fixes for bugs, support for motion sensitivity, multiprocessor support and G5 and AltiVec optimizations.
ReelSmart Motion Blur is a plugin that tracks every pixel in order to produce natural-looking motion blur. The new versions get multiprocessor support and G5 and AltiVec optimizations. The current version for Avid is now 2.0, while the version for Digital Fusion is at 2.1.
The Avid versions for Macintosh are compatible with Media Composer 12.0 and later, Symphony 5.0 and later, Xpress Pro 4.0 and later and Xpress DV 4.0 and later. The Digital Fusion plugins are compatible with Digital Fusion or DFX+ 3.1 or later. The Avid versions for Windows are compatible with Symphony 2.0 and later, Media Composer 9.0 and later, XPress 3.0 and later and XPress DV 1.5 and later.
