RE:Vision Ships RE:Fill PluginSoftware fills pixel holes in video footage
RE:Fill replaces missing pixels in an image--caused by lines, scratches and the like--through a variety of methods. These include mirroring pixels, cloning from an undamaged region or using source pixels from another frame in the timeline. It can fill in holes created when keying or rotoscoping; regions along a boundary; areas between two objects; specks due to bad camera or lighting setup; and areas left behind after the removal of tracking markers. It can also be used for creative applications, such as kaleidoscopic effects and gradients.
RE:Fill supports Macintosh and Windows-based compositing and NLE systems in 8 and 16 bits per channel. The software sells for $79.95 through June 1, after which is will go for $99.95. For more information, visit http://www.revisionfx.com.
