Polar Loop Now Android Compatible Says HRWC

Bozeman, MT (PRWEB) April 30, 2014

The Loop by Polar was the first-ever activity band to display heart rate and now it has Android compatibility according to the Heart Rate Watch Company.

"Having additional Android capability is huge because there are over 72 million Android phone users in the USA alone, more than iPhone," says Rusty Squire, President of the Heart Rate Watch Company. He adds, "For newer products like the V800 and the Polar Loop this means you can transfer all your data mobile and on the go."

"Polar Beat's availability on Android devices has expanded and now you can get it also on Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung Galaxy Note II, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and LG Nexus 5 using Android 4.3 or later," says Squire.

Heart Rate Is Key

"The vast majority of activity tracker bands are worthless cycling or in spin class because your wrist is not moving," says Rusty Squire. He adds, "This is where the Polar Loop gets high marks because it provides heart rate to help you manage your intensity."

"Honestly, I wouldn't waste my money on an activity band that did not do heart rate because otherwise it is rendered useless when your writs is not moving," says Squire. He adds, "Garmin Vivofit is one of the few bands, besides the Polar Loop, that even receive heart rate data."

Locking Wrist Band Strap

Polar Loop is the only activity tracker that uses a steel locking band clasp. "This is absolutely key because I have talked to several customers that had lost other activity trackers because they had no locking band," says Squire.

"We strongly encourage our customers to get the Polar Loop bundle with the Polar H7 Bluetooth Smart chest strap," says Squire. He adds, "The Polar H7 can also work with gym equipment or your Smartphone independently which makes it a much more versatile tool than the H6 strap."

Talk To The Experts

"If you'd like to talk with some real experts about the Polar Loop or any activity bands than simply call us at 866-586-7129," says Squire. He adds, "We think you'll appreciate talking to folks that actually test and use the products they sell."
