He also covers techniques for recording voice versus music, how to add background loops to the recording's timeline, the best ways to publish your podcast, and more. Exercise files accompany the training videos, allowing you to follow along and learn at your own pace.
In this video Scott talks about podcast tracks in Garageband 3. There are five different tracks that are optimized for five different voices for your podcast. The top most is the podcast track where you would drop your podcast art and chapter markers. Below that there is a Male Voice track that is pre-optimized for the average male voice, there is also a Female Voice track that again is pre-optimized for the average female voice, both tracks automatically level and meter their respective voices.
