Physicians and Consumers Have Strong Negative Feelings About Health Insurance Companies, According to the Latest AdSAM SenseUs(R) Poll on Emotional Response

Key findings are:
Both Physicians (78%) and Consumers (61%) have strong Unfavorable feelings about health insurance companies.

  • Both segments Unfavorable feelings tend to be Sullen, reflecting a sense of resignation, or Alarmed, reflecting aggravation, fear and stress.
  • Voters (75%) and Physicians (77%) feel consistently negative about the cost of healthcare in the U.S. Such negative feelings tended to be Alarmed, reflecting stress and aggravation.
