Photoshop CS3e: Halloween Cross Part 2

Painting a 3D object in Photoshop CS3e can be really easy By Ko Maruyama
If you have Adobe's Photoshop CS3 Extended, you can import 3D models from other applications.  If there are 3D models in a Photoshop CS3e project, you can open up the textures and modify them to suit the project at hand. You can paint just as you would on any smart object project.  All of the tools are at your disposal.

You have access to all of the tools, layers, blend modes.  It's important that you go back and forth to your parent project in order to make sure that you're painting correctly and the lighting is matching.

Here's a short video tutorial to show you how you can easily get back and forth from your texture to your model.  If you don't have a 3D cross from the RELIGIOUS CROSS tutorial, you can download the starter file below.
