Panasonic Announces Seminars In HD TechniquesSeminars slated for Washington, D.C.; New York, NY; Detroit and Chicago (August 08, 2001)
These free HD production seminars will provide attendees with in-depth knowledge on the latest acquisition tools and techniques, post-production equipment, plasma displays, projection systems and internet and DVD based program distribution. Technology seminars to be presented include "Beyond 24p: Variable Frame Rate HD Field Acquisition," "HD Editing Linear & Nonlinear Offline/Online Solutions" and "The Big Screen: HD Cinema, Internet & iDVR-HD distribution."
"New HD production technologies are expanding potential revenue opportunities in both the multimedia and entertainment worlds," said Stuart English, Vice President, Marketing, Panasonic Broadcast. "By attending the Panasonic seminars, cinematographers and videographers will learn about the latest digital production techniques, and gain hands-on access to advanced HD field and studio production tools."
