OmniBus Achieves Record Growth in 2005

Company records profitable annual revenue growth in excess of 40 percent (January 26, 2006)

OmniBus Systems, the award-winning provider of comprehensive broadcast automation, content management, and workflow solutions, has announced that 2005 has been a highly successful and record year, with the company recording profitable annual revenue growth in excess of 40 percent, building on the 30 percent revenue growth the year before.

"This ongoing success has been achieved through a focus on customer satisfaction and building the right team of industry experts and industry partners," said Mike Oldham, OmniBus Systems CEO. "This formula has ensured that we successfully deliver the OmniBus portfolio of market-leading and innovative automation, content management, and workflow products worldwide, with 100 percent client retention and with all clients subscribing to the comprehensive Omni Care support service."

"This performance has been achieved at a time when we are continuing our strong investment in R&D," said Geoff Unwin, chairman of OmniBus Systems. In geographic terms, OmniBus has further established itself in 2005 as a global company with an even distribution of revenues from the U.K., EMEA, U.S., and Asian regions. Planned regional expansion of the sales and support infrastructure in 2006 will further position OmniBus as a market-leading global company with local commitment in key regions of the world.

These continue to demonstrate the unique ability of OmniBus to provide real integration and workflow between editing systems, archives, content management, and sophisticated playout automation.
