RESTON, VA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/22/12 -- ObjectVideo®, the Leader in Intelligent Video, today announced the launch of an IP amnesty program, which is intended to give qualified video analytic providers a 60-day window to enter into a global, portfolio-wide patent licensing agreement with OV.
