OTRS Certifies New Partners in India, Malaysia, Russia, Slovakia and ChileOTRS Expands Worldwide Network of Partnerships With Five New OTRS Systems Integration Partners (December 15, 2010)
CUPERTINO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/15/10 -- OTRS (www.otrs.com), the world's leading provider of open source Help Desk and ITIL-compatible IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, today announced five new OTRS certified systems integration partners. Two of the new partner companies in Eastern Europe, Moscow's Radiant System Solutions and eGroup from Bratislava in Slovakia, received certification in Nuremberg in early December. Two new system integration partners from the Asia-Pacific received their certification shortly thereafter at an event in Kuala Lumpur: Keen & Able Computers from New Delhi, India, and Ontrack Business Solutions from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Chilean integrator GSTI was certified in November in Mexico City as a new partner for the Latin America office.
OTRS' new partners in Russia and Slovakia will help further growth and increase the availability of OTRS Services in Eastern Europe. According to OTRS download statistics, Russia ranks third only to Germany and the United States.
