This should be enough to answer a question about the photoshop cropping "error".  Sometimes you might not realize that you've entered a value into one of the custom cropping dimensions in Adobe Photoshop.  It won't matter what you think you're cropping - that number will shrink your image right down to a speck if you have a tiny value there.

To get rid of it, move your cursor over to the other side of the tool bar options to select "clear".  This will get rid of the values that you may have entered, and get rid of any crop tool irregularities you might notice.  You can also reset the tool.  (wow that was longer than "just a picture" I guess).
