Las Vegas NV April 16, 2007 Noise Industries, developer of visual effects tools for the postproduction and broadcast markets, today announced FxFactory for Final Cut Studio 2. The new Noise Industries FxFactory 1.05 release is demonstrated running on Final Cut Studio 2 at NAB 2007 on stand SL3827J (Plug-in Pavilion).

FxFactory for Apple Final Cut Studio 2 offers GPU accelerated, native visual effects plug-ins for Apple Final Cut Pro 6 and Apple Motion 3 via Apples new FxPlug architecture, running on both PowerPC and Intel-based Macs.  The optimized plug-in architecture and development provides maximum speed and performance for visual effects creation. Noise Industries FxFactory expansion ?FxPacks
Also demonstrated at NAB 2007 is new FxFactory expansion FxPacks. FxPacks are developed by Noise Industries and its partners using the Noise Industries FxFactory Pro plug-in manager.  The FxFactory Pro plug-in manager provides non-developers, such as visual effects artists, a user-friendly graphical user interface to create additional effects for the FxFactory package. 

New FxPacks: 
The following FxPacks will be demonstrated for the first time at NAB207. 

ImageFlow FX:  generate animated backgrounds instantly from folders of still images.  Ten different animation styles and hundreds of possible looks.  Perfect for documentary photo montages, promo openers and music videos.

TextFlow FX:  beat synchronized text effects that generate animations from text files.  Go beyond Motions text behaviors with ten included new automatic text animation effects.

Attendees to the NAB 2007 exhibition can meet FxPack developers Roger Bolton and Peter Wiggins on the Noise Industries stand.  Bolton and Wiggins used their years of experience in feature film visual effects and broadcast editing to develop innovative plug-in solutions for Final Cut Studio using the Noise Industries FxFactory Pro plug-in manager.
