Nixle to Showcase Free Public Notification Service at IACP 2011

Conference Attendees to Get Hands-on Demonstration of Nixle Connect's New Features in Chicago, October 23-25 (October 19, 2011)

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/19/11 -- Nixle, LLC, a provider of public notification services between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve, today announced it will be showcasing its free product, Nixle Connect, at the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Conference Booth no. 942 in Chicago October 23-25, 2011. The free Nixle Connect features unlimited text messaging and e-mail, geographic message targeting, customizable HTML e-mail templates, simple keyword registration, two-factor authentication for added security, and much more.

Nixle Connect allows governmental agencies to communicate with the public via SMS, e-mail, and/or Internet posts, at no cost. Citizen registration and use is also free of charge.
