Native Instruments Updates Vokator

Vocoding tool gets Panther support, enhanced RTAS, VST and Audio Units implementation By Dave Nagel
Native Instruments today released an update to Vokator, the company's vocoding tool. The new 1.0.4 release includes improvements to VST, Audio Units and RTAS support and is available now for Mac OS X.

Vokator is a vocoding tool powered by a high-resolution FFT spectral engine. It also includes synthesis, granular sampling and a virtual sound fusion laboratory. The new version adds support for Mac OS X 10.3 and Apple's G5 hardware. It also improves support for VST, Audio Units and RTAS. The new version also incorporates changes from previous updates.


Vokator 1.0.4 is available now for Mac OS X as a free update for current users. The full version runs $299. For more information, visit http://www.nativeinstruments.de.
